And the winner is...Benelux Best Event Award 2005/6 goes to Antwerp musical “150 years Katoen Natie” ! Thursday, March 30 2006 in the Sky Hall, Zaventem the winners of the Benelux Best Event Awards 2005/6 were announced. Also Nexus Creative People, led by Stan Colders, was among the lucky few. With the 150th anniversary celebration of Katoen Natie they swept away the prize for best Customer Event. As far as creating emotive projects goes, this was certainly not a first for Stan Colders, having been the creative mind behind the interactive exhibition “Brel, the right to dream”, hosted in 2003. For the Katoen Natie show he again called in his renowned network of creative spirits, who in six months time, at a roaring pace, were to get the job done. Both the script and score for the musical were drawn up from scratch. After this wonderful token of appreciation at the BEAwards 2005/6, coinciding with Nexus Creative People’s fifth anniversary, Stan Colders is now focussing on his next project, that he has already been working on for the past six months: the layout and design of an exhibition stretching over 1.800 m², hosted by the National Library of the Netherlands in The Hague.
