Nexus Creative People organized TMF VIP PartyOn October 2nd 2004, Nexus Creative People in cooperation with Zanzibar, organized the VIP After party for the NOKIA TMF Awards in the Antwerp ‘Sportpaleis’. The Belgian awards attracted 15.000 visitors, including 1500 VIP's. They enjoyed the event in a separate loge. After the presentation of the awards these VIP guests were invited to an exclusive after party in a sports hall, that had been transformed to a true party location for the occasion. Nexus Creative People created a gigantic greenhouse with real life trees and cricket sounds. The glass walls of the greenhouse were used as retro-projection screens, with animations of plants growing and disappearing, made by the 3D studios Walrus Graphics en Velvet Film & Animation. The space in front of this greenhouse was decorated as a small garden serving as a chill-zone. The greenhouse itself was used as dance hall, with the DJ’s Los Hermanos Inglesos playing their records from the top of a big tree-stump. In the headquarters of Nexus Creative People, Frank Agterberg (FACT) and Robby Magnien, under supervision of Stan Colders were the creators of this concept.
